Tom Brown founded Brown Helicopter, Inc. in 1972 when he began selling surplus parts out of his parent’s garage. Brown Helicopter, Inc. has grown from its humble beginnings to an operation of 30+ employees and over 1 million line items of parts.

2003

acquired the first S-70 Black Hawks from Hong Kong.

2004

leased the first S-70 Black Hawks for commercial operation.

2015

achieved the first FAA restricted type certificate for the UH-60 Black Hawk.
